Fees and Shipping
The Company withholds a commission fee for the information provided to the Seller and the Buyer, which resulted in the transaction between the Buyer and the Seller.
The 5% fee is charged from the ultimate transaction value from both sides - from the Seller of the Lot and from the Buyer of the lot.
Shipping of the lot for the successful Buyer is performed in following ways:
1. Self pick-up from Cigar Cult Depository, Moscow
2. By courier services
Delivery costs shall be paid by the Buyer.
Courier service delivery is currently available only within the Russian Federation.
For the Winners who can not immediately pick up the lot or who may require special terms of delivery we offer the service of Depositary Storage.
CIGAR.BET owns their own Cigar Depositary in Moscow, where your cigars will be properly stored and further mature in the conditions of the Collection Storage (+18°C and 65% humidity). By the order of the Owner the lots stored in Cigar Depositary can be further resold at CIGAR.BET: the owners may change while the underlying assets location will remain unchanged.
